Chefs daily created menu consisting of 2 main protein dishes, 1 vegetarian, a warm carbohydrate dish and 2 of chefs beautiful vegetarian salads. minimum 20 guests (72 hours notice)

Tuscan style slow roasted pork belly [GF, DF, NF]

Free-range chicken piccata with lemon, capers and parsley [NF]

Polenta, sugo sauce and cheese [V, NF]

Sicilian caponata with rocket leaves[ VG, GF, NF]

Parmesan, apple and rocket salad. Balsamic dressing [GF, NF, V]

Malaysian NSW beef curry. [DF, GF]

Satay chicken skewers with toasted peanut satay dressing [GF, DF]

Black pepper tofu with Asian greens. [NF, VG]

Shredded wombok, grated carrots, bean sprouts, Spring onions, red capsicum and sesame seeds [VG, GF, NF]

Mixed leaves with fresh herbs, toasted cashews,  and lime chilli dressing
