WHAT IS CHEF'S DAILY BUFET MENU?
A new approach to catering brought to you by the team at The Catering Department, Sydney - a healthy, interactive, daily-changing menu. This new catering solution offers a variety of cuisines, with a balance in nutrition and main food groups to offer something for everybody - salads, carbohydrates and proteins are all equally available in every daily menu. Menus are planned months in advance in a set price format, to ensure you can make selections well in advance of your catering needs, and rely on chef's expertise to ensure everyone is catered to. Prices starting from $22 per person for a full lunch consisting of one protein dish, one mixed dish, two salads and a carbohydrate dish. For an additional $9 per person, chef includes a selection of artisan sandwiches and premium sushi selections.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
You simply let us know the dates for which you require catering for a group of 20 or more and we will send you the menu for what chef is preparing those days for your approval. Let us know when you would like to eat, and we will arrive in time to set a a self service buffet for you to enjoy, and return to collect any equipment later in the day. These prices are based on a healthy and substantial meal, service platters, set up and collection. If you require crockery and cutlery we can assit you with additional equipment hire as well as exceptional service staff.
